In this full-time role, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, guiding them to maximize opportunities for existing accounts and new business development. Your focus will be on implementing customer-specific strategies, leading a value-added selling approach, and maintaining transparency in direction. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor industry trends and proactively identify opportunities
• Lead a solution-based selling methodology for clients
• Build relationships with executive sponsors for long-term success
• Track and report on sales performance metrics quarterly
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing required
• Minimum 3 years leading a national B2B sales force
• Experience in strategic account management and solution selling
• Superior writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
