A winner of Canada’s Best Managed Companies since 2019, CASA continues to grow and is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Repentigny.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in increasing product sales within your assigned territory, primarily on the road, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Develop business within your assigned territory, primarily through field visits
- Meet with existing and potential customers to present our products
- Prepare quotes and follow up on progress at client sites
- Build customer loyalty and provide outstanding after‑sales service
- Relevant experience in sales development in the agricultural sector
- Commercial acumen:
- Passion for client visits and sales development
- Active listening skills and ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Perseverance, results‑driven and committed to customer satisfaction
- Interpersonal skills:
- Robust communication skills and talent for building effective client relationships
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) to ensure clear and consistent communication with all clients, including English‑only speakers
- Autonomy and organization:
- Proactivity, resourceful, and initiative‑driven
- Ability to manage an order portfolio and meet field objectives
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time, travel, appointments, quotes and projects efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with IPSO and/or Epicor ERP software is an asset
