Transform student experiences with World Strides as a Business Development Representative, promoting travel programs across Canada. Leverage your sales skills to engage schools and foster meaningful connections.
In this role, you will focus on developing relationships with educational institutions, driving growth in bookings and acquiring new clients. Ideal candidates should possess a passion for travel and a robust sales background, contributing actively to a regional sales team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and acquire new clients via calls and meetings
• Present trip information at school parent events
• Promote travel tours to broaden the client base
• Maintain organized records within a sales database
• Manage the entire sales process transitioning to Account Manager
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma required
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with the travel industry and CRM tools
