Sales Associate in Commercial Design

CTI is seeking a Sales Associate passionate about furniture and commercial design in Mississauga. Collaborate with a Workplace Consultant to deliver outstanding client experiences through effective communication and proactive support.

In this full-time role, you'll report to the Vice President of Commercial Sales and assist in various sales processes. Focused on learning, this position will help deepen your knowledge of product solutions and enhance client relationships. You will actively participate in immersive training while managing workflows and improving sales operations.

• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding process
• Support sales operations including order management
• Build client engagement through tailored solutions
• Ensure sales integrity and smooth order processing
• Measure performance and analyze key sales data

• Interest in commercial design and furniture sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license for client site travel
• Willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment
