Residential Sales Representative

Position: Residential Sales Representative at Sherwin-Williams
Drive sales and build relationships as a Residential Sales Representative with Sherwin-Williams. Focus on territory growth in the paint sales market while effectively managing customer relationships.

As a key player in the Residential Repaint sector, you will initiate relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones.

Your role encompasses securing accounts, utilizing pre-call planning tools, and developing territory strategies. Engage with clients through product demonstrations and presentations to provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new wholesale accounts and maintain existing relationships

• Develop and implement territory sales strategies

• Conduct product demonstrations and customer evaluations

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as required

• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in retail or sales

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

• High School diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Strong communication skills in English
