Jim Gauthier Kia seeks a motivated Product Advisor to join their customer-focused team. This role centers on building relationships and delivering an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience. You will engage customers from initial contact through to delivery while staying updated on Kia's offerings and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process

• Conduct vehicle presentations showing features and benefits

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM

• Negotiate pricing and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

• 1 year of automotive sales experience required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Clean Manitoba Driver’s License and abstract

• Ability to maintain a Provincial Sales Permit

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
