As an Inside Sales Representative, your role focuses on expanding the customer base and fostering relationships within the building materials industry. You will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely communication with customers about their inquiries. This position requires a proactive attitude to identify new sales opportunities and assist with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold compliance with relevant policies and procedures
• Develop positive customer relationships via various communication methods
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide technical information
• Process sales transactions accurately on a daily basis
• Support inventory management and product ordering processes
Requirements:
• GED (Grade 12) or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant sales experience
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Suite
• Excellent customer service and time management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
