As a Strategic Sales Manager at EECOL, you will guide the sales direction while cultivating customer relationships and collaborating on market strategies with the Marketing department. Your leadership will drive the sales team's success and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans for revenue increases
• Set and forecast sales objectives and quotas
• Manage account service and order processes
• Build relationships with key clients for sustained growth
• Train and guide sales staff to optimize performance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent needed
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred for candidates
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• At least 1 year in a sales management role
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills required
