In this role, you will focus on expanding Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business. Responsibilities include identifying OEM and MRO opportunities, executing territory business plans, and conducting training sessions. Your sales expertise and self-starter attitude will utilize Henkel’s training programs to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and sell OEM/MRO products
• Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan
• Conduct training and motivation sessions for client groups
• Provide feedback on marketing programs to enhance outreach
• Manage time effectively to meet sales objectives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education; university degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Robust mechanical aptitude preferred
• Bilingual in French and English required
