This position at a service wholesale firm offers the chance to work closely with the current Sales Manager and OEM accounts. This long-term role prioritizes mentorship and gradual development, allowing you to grow into responsibilities with smaller accounts. Over time, you will learn to support larger strategic accounts while immersed in hydraulic technologies and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn hydraulic power unit products and applications
• Shadow the Sales Manager during client visits
• Manage communication with OEM clients
• Independently oversee smaller customer accounts
• Prepare quotations and track opportunities
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in industrial sales or customer service
• Experience in hydraulics is essential
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
This role cultivates a path toward long-term success in industrial sales with hands-on training in hydraulics.
