Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new inspection opportunities across various fire protection systems
• Prospect and network to acquire new business effectively
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
• Conduct site walkthroughs to assess inspection needs
• Present service offerings and secure multi-year agreements
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
• Comfortable conducting site visits and client meetings
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with property managers or facility owners is advantageous
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
