Join Baxter as a Territory Business Manager and impact healthcare delivery in the Greater Toronto Area. Your expertise will drive sales and enhance surgical team performance.
As a key player in Baxter’s Field Sales organization, you will manage a territory while educating healthcare professionals on the Advanced Surgery portfolio. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience in hospital environments, demonstrating mastery in sales competencies and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets for surgery products
• Train OR teams on product features and on-label usage
• Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals
• Cultivate relationships with administrative and clinical stakeholders
• Analyze territory performance to leverage market opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in operating room sales
• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to travel with a valid driver’s license
• Residency in or familiarity with the territory preferred
Drive growth and customer trust through strategic sales initiatives in Baxter's Advanced Surgery division.
