Elevate your sales career as an Inside Sales Performance Specialist driving the v10 Apex rollout for PBS Systems. Engage customers, leverage solutions, and enhance operational efficiency for dealership success.
This full-time, permanent role focuses on consultative sales strategies to enhance workflow for existing customers. You will initiate conversations regarding the v10 Apex upgrade, supporting clients in modernizing their operations. Relationship-building will be key as you promote strategic product adoption and help dealerships maximize performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to introduce the v10 Apex upgrade
• Lead discussions to identify workflow gaps and efficiencies
• Align PBS products with dealership business objectives
• Maintain long-term relationships to strengthen customer retention
• Present value through coaching on product functionality
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or Technology
• Dealership experience with strong relationship skills
• Proven consultative sales expertise
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the US
