Seize the chance to excel as an Outside Sales Representative with The Master Group in Vaughan, ON. Focus on sales and customer service while assisting HVAC/R clients across the Greater Toronto Area.
The Master Group seeks a dedicated individual to enhance contractor relationships and promote a wide range of HVAC/R products. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiries through to providing post-sale support to clients, ensuring their needs are met. You’ll evaluate specifications and offer customized solutions tailored to each project’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate solid relationships with assigned contractors
• Promote quoting on public tenders and design-build projects
• Provide comprehensive customer service throughout sales cycle
• Evaluate plans and specifications for client requirements
• Deliver material lists and quotations effectively
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HVAC or related fields
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Technical experience in the HVAC industry is an asset
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
