Cannabis Sales Manager for Avicanna

This Sales Manager role is designed for candidates ready to impact Avicanna's sales in Ontario. You will cultivate relationships with cannabis retailers, working in the field 3-4 days each week, while collaborating with the National Key Account Manager and VP of Commercialization. Your primary goal is to achieve sales objectives and drive product distribution for Avicanna's brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Surpass sales targets based on thorough market analysis
• Spend significant time in the field with retail partners
• Facilitate retailer training and product knowledge sessions
• Monitor retailer engagement and sales-related activities
• Participate in industry events representing Avicanna's interests
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in cannabis sales
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required
• Cann Sell certification and valid Ontario driver’s license
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and analytical capabilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a busy work environment
