Assiniboine Park Conservancy is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to generate and manage corporate ticket sales, group experiences, and sponsorship opportunities. In this role, you’ll engage in sales activities including prospect research, lead generation, and handling high-volume inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional experiences for clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large group sales and tent reservations efficiently
• Conduct outbound sales activities to find new opportunities
• Cultivate client relationships to drive revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records and prepare sales proposals
• Coordinate fulfillment of partnership agreements seamlessly
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year in non-profit or hospitality sectors
• 2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software
