Our client is a premium retirement living community committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and an outstanding resident experience. We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Sales Consultant to support occupancy growth and guide prospective residents and families through one of life’s most important transitions.
The OpportunityAs the Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving occupancy through lead generation, relationship management, tours, community outreach, and personalized follow‑up. You will work closely with prospective residents and families, helping them navigate retirement living options with confidence and care.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team in a warm, upscale environment where service excellence and resident experience are top priorities.
In This Role, You Will:- Manage and nurture leads through the full sales cycle
- Conduct personalized tours showcasing the lifestyle, amenities, and services offered within the residence
- Follow up consistently with prospects and referral sources to support move‑ins and occupancy goals
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners; develop strong relationships; serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision‑making process; deliver a compassionate and consultative sales approach focused on understanding individual needs
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, retirement networks, and local organizations; participate in community events, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities; support local outreach strategies to increase awareness and generate new leads
- Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and hospitality; collaborate closely with operational and leadership teams to support a seamless resident transition; contribute to a positive and welcoming residence culture
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service
- Experience with in retirement living, senior housing, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or luxury service environments considered a strong asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities
- Ability to build trust and create meaningful relationships
- Self‑motivated with a passion for achieving occupancy and sales goals
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑centered environment
- Experience using CRM systems is an asset
