Join Tru Stage as a Partner Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Canada. This full-time position emphasizes partner relationship management and sales optimization for TLOC products.
In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales in your designated territory by managing relationships with partners and guiding their sales forces. Your responsibilities will include presenting sales strategies and conducting thorough trend analyses to enhance product metrics, ensuring profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis and prepare impactful sales presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic sales execution
• Identify new opportunities in distribution channels
• Analyze partner sales data to refine growth strategies
• Track activities in Salesforce to measure effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services sector
• Demonstrated sales aptitude and strategic relationship skills
• Proven ability to meet complex process challenges
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Up to 75% travel requirement for the role
