Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance sales pipeline growth strategies
• Collaborate for optimized sales and marketing synergy
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics
• Develop a scalable process for team adherence
• Ensure quality in leads generated by Sales Development Associates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing SDR or BDR teams
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Advanced English proficiency required
• Experience in business development in Americas
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesloft tools
