We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who excels in organization and communication.
Your role will involve providing vital administrative support to sales managers while contributing to sales proposals and contracts. A passion for customer relations and a foundation in hospitality will position you well for success in this fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and group management
• Organize group files and maintain open communication
• Conduct in-house/off-site sales calls for key customers
• Follow up on guests’ experiences pre- and post-stay
Requirements:
• Minimum two years hotel sales experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Maximizer
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
