In this Regional Sales Manager role, you will leverage considerable experience in enterprise software sales combined with leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a high-performing sales team of six members
• Oversee regional pipeline and revenue forecasting
• Manage the full sales cycle for complex enterprise deals
• Support with effective pricing strategies and negotiation
• Cultivate relationships with channel partners to increase revenue
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years in enterprise software sales experience
• At least 5 years in a sales leadership capacity
• Proven experience in solution selling
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
