SOTI is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales success focused on strategic accounts. Lead a talented team and manage complex enterprise deals collaboratively.
As a key member of the SOTI team, you will have a strong background in enterprise software sales and team leadership.
Your role entails overseeing the regional pipeline management, setting revenue targets, and managing the complete sales cycle. Your ability to build long-term relationships will play a vital role in expanding SOTI's influence in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a team of six sales professionals
• Handle regional pipeline management and revenue forecasting
• Direct the entire sales cycle and close enterprise-level deals
• Offer negotiation guidance and pricing strategy support
• Enhance relationships with channel partners for revenue enhancement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles in sales
• Demonstrated success in solution selling
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
