Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee advisor onboarding and their compliance journey

• Assist advisors in driving sales growth and client connections
• Collaborate with head office teams for improved support
• Organize events that bolster community engagement
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in financial services
• Valid Life Insurance license is mandatory
• Must obtain Mutual Fund license soon after hiring
• Strong recruitment and sales management skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities
