In this full-time, permanent role, you will leverage your negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset to generate new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include adapting cold-calling strategies, monitoring performance with proven KPIs, and utilizing exceptional active listening to foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities independently and as part of a team
• Develop targeted strategies to approach prospective clients
• Adapt cold-calling techniques to attract and engage new customers
• Navigate our CRM tools to maintain organization and efficiency
• Build trust with clients and turn leads into sales opportunities
Requirements:
• FOI License (to be obtained within 3 months)
• Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
• Proven skills in relationship building and negotiation
• Driven to achieve sales targets with a positive mindset
• Hunter mentality with a focus on closing deals
