Your role demands a blend of consultative sales and customer success strategies to drive product adoption and client satisfaction. You will identify churn risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes while building strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client portfolios to encourage retention and growth
• Mitigate churn through identifying and addressing risks
• Be the go-to contact for escalating client issues
• Perform portfolio analysis and track performance indicators
• Work with teams to enhance user experience and product offerings
Requirements:
• Significant background in account management or customer success
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual French preferred
• Experience in enterprise account settings is beneficial
• Interest in golf operations and industry trends is highly regarded
