The selected candidate will manage relationships at all levels within the dealer network while offering marketing and technical assistance. This role is perfect for someone with a strong agricultural background who can effectively connect and communicate amongst various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Introduce Elmer’s to prospective mainline dealers
• Build lasting relationships within the dealer network
• Connect dealers to internal departments for solutions
• Promote ordering programs and assist with inventory
• Conduct dealer events and training sessions
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in agriculture or sales is a plus
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
