Advance Paper Box Ltd. is hiring a Business Developer focused on folding carton packaging solutions to expand our customer portfolio. This role features intensive travel and relationship management to drive growth.

In this Winnipeg-based position, you will bring 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development. Collaborating with the Sales Manager, you will identify new market opportunities while leveraging your knowledge of the food, healthcare, and consumer goods industries. Your ability to build and sustain client relationships will be pivotal to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business prospects within packaging

• Maintain relationships through continuous client interaction

• Travel to conduct meetings with prospects and industry influencers

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing strategic sales plans

• Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields is a plus

• 2-4 years of business development or sales experience required

• Familiarity with the folding carton market considered an asset

• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and presentation skills
