As the lead in travel trade sales and group reservations, you will engage with tour operators and travel agencies to promote the Museum as a leading group destination.
Your role will not only focus on sales but will also ensure the seamless delivery of tours while advocating for human rights through education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead outreach to develop new tourism partnerships locally and nationally
• Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to follow-up
• Deliver unique sales presentations tailored to target audiences
• Negotiate contract terms that align with revenue goals
• Represent the Museum at various tourism trade events
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Development or related area
• 3-5 years of experience in a tourism sales role
• Knowledge of ticketing systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
Be an integral part of advancing the Museum's mission through impactful tourism strategies.
