Shape the future of fitness SaaS as FLiiP’s Sales Director. Lead a talented sales team to achieve substantial revenue growth in North America and Europe.
As a critical member of the Growth Team, you will have extensive responsibility for managing sales strategies while cultivating an agile sales team. The ideal candidate boasts over 7 years in full sales cycle roles, particularly within SaaS, and will be instrumental in closing high-value deals with multifaceted clients. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and drive meaningful expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead, and enhance a high-performing sales team
• Oversee management of the sales pipeline from leads to closing
• Successfully close complex deals with multi-location clients

Requirements:
• 7+ years of full sales cycle experience, especially in SaaS
