As a Corporate Sales and Partnership Coordinator, you will oversee corporate ticket sales, sponsorship activities, and large group experiences. This role combines proactive sales efforts with managing high volumes of inquiries. Your collaboration with various internal teams is crucial for seamless execution of events and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales and tent reservations for large groups
• Execute outbound prospecting to identify new sales opportunities
• Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance sales
• Maintain detailed records and support proposal creation
• Coordinate the fulfillment of partnership agreements effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related area
• At least 1 year’s experience in non-profit or hospitality
• Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License needed
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
