Reporting directly to the Manager of Business Development, the Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in managing project information and sales data. You will assist with communications among customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams while also processing orders and documentation management. A focus on attention to detail and organizational skills is crucial as you handle multiple priorities within a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support scheduling and design departments for production accuracy
• Communicate changes in project timelines with customers and sales
• Manage estimates, contract quotes, and order changes
• Assist with billing and invoicing inquiries
• Follow up on incomplete transactions to enhance sales
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in customer service
• Satisfactory criminal record check
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with Mitek Software Suite an advantage
