As a Business Development Specialist, you will build and deepen relationships with mortgage brokers. You will promote Manulife Bank's offerings through virtual meetings and tailored outreach, leveraging your sales expertise. The role requires strategic planning and proactive communication to support brokers and achieve key metrics based on your quarterly business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate brokers about the Manulife Bank sales strategy
• Manage broker relationships and handle educational sessions
• Support mortgage deal processes and funding management
• Conduct targeted outreach through calls and emails
• Analyze sales data to optimize broker engagement
Requirements:
• College or University degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years in banking or mortgage brokerage
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting
• Experience in conducting virtual meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
