This role, based at the NAPA Winnipeg headquarters, involves travel and offers you the chance to provide technical insights to customers and staff. You'll facilitate the effective use of CMAX paint products, ensure compliance with best practices, and contribute to business growth through strategic customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and color matching training
• Conduct business development calls to acquire new customers
• Implement SOPs for paint and body operations
• Maintain strong relationships with store teams and clients
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and trends
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a similar technical sales role
• Strong knowledge in paint and body products
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills
• Effective in building strong customer relationships
