Drive growth at Affirm as a Revenue Operations Lead. This remote-friendly role focuses on sales lifecycle processes, forecasting, and territory planning to strengthen partnerships.
As a Revenue Operations Lead, you'll be the primary partner for Sales, ISV, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketplace teams. Your responsibilities include managing territory hygiene and ensuring accurate segmentation. You will also enhance forecasting processes and maintain pipeline health across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own mid-funnel sales lifecycle processes from Discovery to Close
• Drive territory planning, segmentation, and account-to-rep mapping
• Lead governance for strategic partnerships and marketplace initiatives
• Manage cross-functional initiatives alongside various organizational teams
• Support forecasting accuracy by improving data quality
Requirements:
• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree
• 4+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations
• Proficiency in Salesforce; admin experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with territory design and management
• Experience designing and documenting sales processes
