This role focuses on developing relationships with educational institutions and selling a range of travel programs. As a Business Development Representative, your success will be measured by new client acquisitions and growth in bookings. Candidates with a passion for travel and robust sales skills are ideal for this position within a regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new clients through calls and meetings
- Present trip details at parent information evenings
- Promote tours to expand client base
- Maintain an organized sales database
- Manage entire sales process until transition to Account Manager
- University degree or diploma
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License and Passport
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the travel industry and CRM tools
