This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with surgical teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and a solid background in hospital sales, as well as proven skills in customer relationship management and territory analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for Baxter’s Advanced Surgery portfolio
• Educate surgeons on product benefits and proper usage
• Perform demonstrations for both prospective and existing accounts
• Build trust with physicians and hospital procurement teams
• Analyze and adapt strategies based on territory performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operating room sales experience
• At least 3+ years in a hospital selling environment
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license; willing to travel locally
• Familiarity with the territory strongly preferred
