Responsibilities   Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery
Conduct vehicle presentations and showcase features, technology, and benefits
Follow up with leads and customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems
Negotiate pricing and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to achieve dealership goals
Stay current on Kia products, technology, and training through Kia University
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Qualifications   Previous automotive sales experience an asset
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Proven ability to work in a sales‑focused environment and achieve goals
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Professional attitude with a customer‑first mindset

Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset
Requirements   Valid Manitoba Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract
Ability to obtain and maintain a Provincial Sales Permit (or currently possess one)
Criminal Record Check
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay  Starting from $40,000 - $100,000 per year + commission/bonus opportunities
