Become a Route Sales Representative with Pepsi Co's Frito Lay division. Manage customer relationships and product delivery while contributing to the growth of beloved snack brands.
As part of the Frito Lay Canada team, you will be responsible for developing retail accounts and enhancing the visibility of snack foods. This role encompasses managing product placement, executing promotions, and servicing customer needs to drive sales in gas stations and grocery stores across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize product placement in retail spaces
• Monitor customer needs through sales data reviews
• Develop sales volumes and product distribution strategies
• Execute brand promotions and maintain inventory balance
• Conduct merchandising activities to meet customer demands
Requirements:
• Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and a clear driving record
• Flexible scheduling for diverse shifts, including weekends
• Sales experience in consumer goods or retail preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
