Join Breakside Real Estate Group as a Sales Coordinator, creating exceptional experiences for guests and maximizing sales. Utilize your BC Real Estate License and robust multi-family pre-sales background in this engaging position.
In this role, you'll be the face of Breakside Real Estate Group, interacting with prospective buyers and realtors to facilitate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with guests to provide a high-level introduction to sales
Follow up promptly on sales inquiries via calls and texts
Maintain knowledge of the local market and competition
Assist in managing MLS listings and contracts
Provide weekly sales and traffic reports to the team
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Current BC Real Estate License is required
Driver's license and access to transportation
Knowledge of Real Estate Development Marketing Act
Availability to commute daily in the Lower Mainland
