Sales – Hybrid Environment

Position: Northern Strands Sales Role – Hybrid Environment )
Join Northern Strands as an Outside Sales Representative and drive our sales efforts in construction and mining. You'll engage with customers and identify new areas for growth in a hybrid setting.
This position calls for a passionate Outside Sales Representative to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new ones. You'll gather information to generate quotes while building trust and satisfaction among customers.

Your role will also encompass preparing sales strategies and accurately showcasing our innovative solutions during events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities   Prepare accurate quotes capturing customer needs
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients
Identify potential markets to serve
Develop plans to reach new customers
Participate in industry events and manage follow-ups
Requirements   Three years of direct sales experience is required
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills in English required
Valid Driver’s license essential
