About

The Role  We’re hiring a fully remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new pipeline through outbound prospecting.
This is a high‑performance, outbound‑only role. Your job is simple: generate qualified demos for our sales team—consistently.
You’ll be reaching out to dental and healthcare clinics across North America to introduce Claio’s AI solutions and book meetings.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who:
Is highly self‑driven and disciplined
Thrives in an independent, performance‑based environment
Is comfortable being measured on output and results
What You’ll Do   Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare and dental space
Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, Linked In) to generate qualified meetings
Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activity and results
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance
Learn the Claio product inside and out to effectively communicate value to prospects
Contribute to refining outbound playbooks, messaging, and cadences based on what's working
What You Bring   2–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred)
Proven outbound track record
Strong self‑management and accountability (critical for remote)
Comfortable with high activity (especially cold calling)
Highly Preferred   Experience in dental or healthcare
Experience in healthcare SaaS
