You will serve as a key player in Ops Guru's Technology Business Unit, optimizing the systems connecting Sales, Alliances, and Engineering. By refining processes and ensuring data accuracy, you will contribute to clear performance metrics and successful pipeline management. Your insights will shape strategies that improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee CRM operations and data integrity
• Define pipeline tracking and opportunity management standards
• Collaborate with marketing on sales metrics and accountability
• Implement automation for operational processes
• Provide insights through closed/lost analyses
Requirements:
• Solid experience in sales operations or revenue management
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, especially AWS and Azure
• Effective CRM administration and reporting skills

• Knowledge of documenting and automating workflows
