This role is vital for supporting internal sales functions through data analysis and process improvements. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data accuracy, optimize forecasting, and build actionable reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate Salesforce data across all levels
• Develop comprehensive reports for pipeline health monitoring
• Ensure reliable data for forecasting and territory alignment
• Support adoption of sales technologies like Gong
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Business or Analytics
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations or a relevant role
• Strong Excel skills and Salesforce experience
• Expertise in analytical problem-solving techniques
• Familiarity with data-driven tools like Power BI
