In this pivotal role, you'll primarily assist the Truss Sales department by managing documentation and data while promoting effective communication between customers and the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all production-related information is updated
• Discuss project timelines with Sales Representatives and customers
• Prepare estimates and contract documentation
• Support accounting with invoicing issues
• Follow up on orders to close incomplete transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Knowledge of Mitek Software Suite preferred
