Drive growth with a trusted, fast-growing home services leader. Nex Gen is hiring experienced Inside Sales professionals for our Air & Heat divisions. If you’re a closer with strong in-home sales experience and deep industry knowledge, we want to talk.

What you’ll do

• Qualified inbound leads and follow up on warm opportunities from marketing and field techs.
• Consult with homeowners, present solutions, and build value around service options and memberships.
• Prepare estimates, overcome objections, and close sales with integrity.
• Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Track activity and results in our CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs.

What we’re looking for

• Must have proven in-home sales experience.
• Must have industry experience in HVAC (air & heat).
• Strong phone presence, consultative selling skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Clear communicator with solid follow-through and CRM proficiency.
