This full‑time, on‑site Hino Truck Sales Specialist role is based at Beaver Truck Centre’s Winnipeg, MB location. The Hino Truck Sales Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their transportation needs, and recommending appropriate truck and service solutions. Daily activities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role also involves collaborating with service and parts teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current on product features and promotions, and participating in ongoing training to enhance product and industry knowledge. The Sales Specialist is expected to contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace and represent Beaver Truck Centre professionally in all customer interactions.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and internal teams effectively.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, preferably in automotive, trucking, or equipment sales.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Winnipeg, MB and maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability.
- Solid organizational, time management, and CRM/record‑keeping skills.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and willingness to learn dealership systems and product lines.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial vehicle experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience in truck, automotive, or commercial equipment industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
