As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll engage with both new and established clients, managing relationships and fulfilling their plastics needs. Your tasks will include generating accurate quotes, following through on orders, and collaborating with both the sales and warehouse teams to optimize process efficiency. The role emphasizes maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate and process customer quotes and orders
• Provide information about products and services
• Conduct outbound calls to assess customer needs
• Work closely with outside sales staff for market growth
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• High School Diploma or GED necessary
• BA/BS degree and 1 year of experience preferred
