Pet Health Insurance Advisor Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Pet Health Insurance via inbound and outbound calls

• Assist customers with policy and claims inquiries

Requirements:

• AMF Damage Insurance License required

• Bilingual in English and French for client service

• 1-2 years experience in outbound sales

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
