What You Will Do

Reporting to the AVP, the Director
- Advisory is responsible for leading the advisory sales function and driving sales conversion across life, health, and estate-related opportunities.

• Lead advisory sales performance and conversion results
• Coach and develop sales and intake teams
• Manage KPIs, pipeline activity, and reporting
• Improve lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes
• Support complex client opportunities and escalations
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams
• Drive accountability, professionalism, and client experience

Who You Are

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in sales, financial services, insurance, banking, or related industries
• Experience managing teams and performance metrics
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
