• Provide thorough assistance to customers at the order desk

• Promote products and drive sales through effective merchandising

• Clean and maintain the order desk and display areas

• Enter and manage sales orders efficiently

• Address customer complaints and navigate solutions

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or counter sales

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus
